HAMLIN. - If last Thursday's contest was billed as a battle of high school softball juggernauts, then it truly lived up to all of the hype and drama. The Clash of the Titans, so to speak. It was Cabell Midland versus Lincoln County. It was the Region IV semi-final. It was arguably the best two teams in Class AAA, and it did not disappoint anyone as over 1,000 fans attended the highly anticipated contest.
